用户体验情感测量与情感识别研究综述

摘    要:目的 梳理用户体验测量要素并总结用户体验情感测量与情感识别方法。方法 通过调查法、文献研究法、举例分析法等研究方法,调研国内外用户体验相关经典文献与研究数据,从用户体验主观情感测量与客观数据识别两个方面,梳理分析现有的研究成果与发展脉络,总结对于设计产品适用的测量方法与合理的评价方法。结论 设计师通过用户体验测量获悉未达到预期产品与用户的“认知摩擦”,从而提升产品质量。文章梳理了目前用户体验的测量特性与众多测量方法,包括PAD情感量表、积极情绪消极情绪情感量表(PANAS)与SAM量表等基于主观情感测量方法,以及眼动追踪检测、面部表情识别、皮电、脑电与心电等基于客观数据的情感识别方法,分析各类测量方法优势与制约性,总结现有问题并展望未来研究方向。

Abstract:The work aims to sort out the user experience measurement scales and summarize the methods of user experience emotion measurement and emotion recognition. Through the research methods of investigation, literature research and example analysis, the classic literature and research data related to user experience in China and abroad were investigated, the existing research results and development process were sorted out and analyzed from two aspects of subjective emotion measurement and objective data identification of user experience, and the measurement methods and reasonable evaluation methods suitable for designing products were summarized. Designers can know the "cognitive friction" between products that fail to meet expectations and users through user experience measurement, thus improving product quality. The current measurement characteristics and many measurement methods of user experience are sorted out, including PAD emotion scale, PANAS and SAM scale, and emotion recognition methods based on objective data, such as eye tracking detection, facial expression recognition, electrocorticogram, electroencephalogram and electrocardiogram, the advantages and constraints of various measurement methods are analyzed, the existing problems are summarized and the future research direction is prospected.
