绝缘材料在低温下的电阻特性测试

摘    要:论文测量研究了几种常用的绝缘材料在室温到液氮温度范围内的电阻率,测量结果表明,绝缘材料在低温下电阻率随着温度的上升呈e指数变化趋势,但是材料在液氮和氮气中的电阻率变化不是简单地符合同一条温度变化曲线,由此推断液氮和氮气中绝缘材料的导电机理可能有所不同。

Abstract:This article measured the resistivity of several kinds of insulating materials at different temperature from room temperature to liquid nitrogen temperature. The result reveals that the resistivities of these insulating materials always increases along with the temperature at cryogenic temperature. But the change trend of the resistivities in the liquid nitrogen are different from that in cryogenic gas nitrogen,therefore it is presumed that the conducting mechanisms in liquid nitrogen and in cryogenic gas nitrogen are defferent too.
