氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定纯铝中的痕量汞

摘    要:应用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定纯铝中的痕量汞,研究了纯铝溶解的最佳条件,在优化的试验条件下。汞的检出限为0.03ng/mL,回收率在96.0%~104.0%之间,相对标准偏差为0.9%。方法简便、快速、准确度高、基体干扰小,可测定纯铝中0.0000X%-0.00X%范围内的汞,结果良好。

Abstract:Hydride generation -atomic fluorescence spectrometry method is applied to determine trace mercury in pure aluminum, the optimum condition of pure aluminum dissolving is researched too, under the optimized experiment condition, the detection limit of mercury is 0. 03 ng/mL, the recovery rate is 96.0% - 104. 0%, the relative standard deviation is 0.90%. This method is simple, rapid, and has high accuracy, the interference of matrix is small, it can determine mercury in pure aluminum at the range of 0. 0000X% - 0. 00X%, and the result is good.
