异噁草松的高效液相色谱分析

摘    要:[目的]建立一种用高效液相色谱测定异噁草松的定量分析方法。[方法]采用Agilent Extend C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(体积比35∶65)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,选择220 nm为检测波长进行检测。[结果]方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差为0.11,平均回收率为99.4%。[结论]该方法分离效果好,具有高精密度和准确度及完好的线性关系。

Abstract:[Aims] A hPlc method was developed for the quantitative determination of clomazone.[Methods] The mobile phase was a 35∶65(by vol) mixture of acetonitrile and water,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and aAgilent Extend C18column was used with column temperature at 30 °c,and the detection wave length was 220 nm.[Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the standard deviation was 0.11,and the average recovery was 99.4%.[Conclusions] The method had the advantages of good separation,high precision and accuracy,and good linear correlations.
