| 摘 要： | 通过对花洒手柄塑件结构的工艺分析,介绍了该塑件注塑模具的设计要点与难点,重点阐述了成型零件、浇注系统、侧抽芯机构、脱模机构、冷却系统、模架等主要结构的设计思路。生产实践证明,该模具结构合理、动作可靠、操作方便。

| Abstract: | Based on the process analysis of shower handle structure,the design key points and difficulties of the shower handle injection mould were introduced;the design ideas of the main structures,such as moulding part,gating system,side core-pulling mechanism,demoulding mechanism,cooling system and mould base,were elaborated.The practical production proves that the corepulling mechanism structure is reasonable,reliable in action,and convenient for operation. |
