摘    要:三门峡水电站水轮机的磨蚀破坏是过机含沙量、水轮机水力设计、机组设计制造质量、电站运行工况等多种因素综合作用的结果。在水轮机过流部件中,叶片是破坏最严重的部件,其主要破坏部位是:叶片头部外缘角,叶片背面头部外缘三角区,叶片背面外缘宽300 ̄350mm范围,叶片外缘端面。转轮室中环表面的磨蚀破坏与叶片相比,程度较轻,但破坏面积大,主要发生在叶片中心线上、下各350mm范围内。

Abstract:The hydraulic turbine destroy by corrosion is the comprehensive results of sediment content,turbine's manufacturing and designing qualities, the station operating conditions and other factors. Vane is the most corroded part over all others,and with major corroded locations of outside coners of head,outside triangle parts of vane back,outside of vane back with width of 300 to 350mm,end of vane outside. Comparing to vane the central ring in movable wheel room is slightly corroded but with larger corrosion area, and main corroded locations are within the range of 350 mm over and below the middle line of the vane.
