摘    要:由红酵母苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)/反式-肉桂酸(t-CA)技术酶法生产L-苯丙氨酸(L-Phe)新工艺已经在浙江绍兴亚美生物化工有限公司建成投产,形成了年产200t L-苯丙氨酸产品的能力。这使得我国成为继美、日、德、韩之后又一个能够大规模工业化生产这一重要氨基酸产品并自主开发这一高新技术的国家。文中概述了酶法生产L-苯丙氨酸的原理和方法、酶源菌种的分离和选育、工艺技术的特点、产品质量规格及在国内食品、医药行业相关部门的应用等。结果表明该酶法生产L-苯丙氨酸新工艺具有原辅料来源易得、菌种PAL活力高、生产性能较稳定、生产成本低廉、工艺操作方便、产品质量优等特点,已经达到国际上90年代先进水平,在国内处于领先地位。

Abstract:A 200t/a unit adopting the novel process has been constructed and put into operation in Zhejiang Yamei Biochemical Co. , Ltd. . The novel enzymatic process for L-phenylalanine is based on PAL/ trans - cinnamic acid. This makes China another country which can develop independently and produce this important araino acid on a large scale after the U. S. , Japan, Germany and ROK. In this article, the principles and methods of enzymatic synthesis of L-Phenylala-nine, isolation and selection of the yeast strains, characteristics of this biotechnology, products quality of phenylalanine and the uses in China' s food and pharmaceutical industries are briefly introduced. The facts show that the process has the advantages of easily available raw materials, high PAL activity, stable production, low cost, easy operation and excellent product quality, which has already reached the world advanced level in the 90s and a leading position in China.
