| 摘 要： | 本文给出了导电铝线不合格的种类,用T型矩阵图表示出不合格现象—原因—工序的相互关系,以该矩阵图为基础,进行反复地讨论和分析研究,得出了在导电铝线的制造过程中防止不合格现象的对策一览表,明确了导电铝线的质量与相关技术(或管理)间的关系,为稳定和改进产品质量指出了途径。

| Abstract: | This paper supply the kinds of the unqualified in the electric aluminum-line, it shows the mutual relations of the unqual-ified-reason-process by the T-matrix graph. According to the graph, by means of much analysis and discussion, is obtained a table of the way to guard against the unqualified in manufacturing the line. The way to stabilize and improve the quality of the products is clearly showed. |
