两极实芯转子模拟同步发电机

摘    要:针对大型汽轮发电机轴系扭振特性模拟研究的具体要求,阐述了模拟同步发电机的设计原则及电磁、结构设计需着重考虑的问题。利用计算机辅助设计,给出了一台用于模拟国产300MW汽轮机组动态特性的15kVA两极隐极实芯转子模拟同步发电机电磁计算结果,并由东方电机厂生产出样机。样机实测数据与设计值相比,结果令人满意。

Abstract:This paper describes the design of a model generator for modeling large turbogrnerators to study torsion responses. The requirements and consideration concerned to the construction and the design process are presented. By making use of computer aided design, a model generator of 15kVA with two poles and a solid rotor is well designed for modelling 300 MW turbogenerators. This model generator is produced by Dongfang Electrical Machinery Works. The experimental result is satisfactory as compared with the designed values.
