| 摘 要： | 从综合自动化变电站安全遥控和安全操作的角度给出了一种智能控制方法。在国内首次提出了综合自动化变电站智能控制思想。该智能控制方法建立在智能控制专家系统软件的基础上，它的开发研制丰富了变电站综合自动化的高层软件。本文的智能控制思想及方法也可以推广用应于电网调度自动化中。

| Abstract: | An intelligent control scheme is presented from the point of security of tele-switching and local operating in substations with integrated automation.It is the first time that intelligent control scheme is proposed on integrated substation automation.This method is based on expert system and its practice will enrich the high-level software used in integrated substation automation.The method mentioned in this paper can also be applied to electrical dispatching automation. |
