| 摘 要： | 分析了攀枝花钢钒有限公司轨梁厂60kg/m钢轨的实物规格尺寸情况及其对钢轨单重的影响,以及矫直工序对钢轨规格尺寸的影响,采用回归技术得出了60kg/m钢轨单重理论计算公式,由此制定了主要控制钢轨腰厚和腿尖厚度的负偏差轧制方案,生产表明,负偏差生产使60kg/m钢轨的成材率提高了1.25%。

| Abstract: | The size of 60kg/m rail and its influence on single weight of rail were analyzed at Pangang.The calculation formula of single weight for 60kg/m was regressed.Therefore,the rolling schedule with negative tolerance method which mainly control web and leg thickness was put forward.The production showed that the yield was increased 1.25%with negative tolerance for 60kg/m. |
