蓝莓种子组织培养技术的研究

摘    要:为提高蓝莓种子发芽率,试验在蓝莓组织培养技术已取得的成果基础上,就低温处理、物理方法处理和培养基配方对蓝莓种子萌发的影响做进一步研究,进而筛选出有利于蓝莓种子萌发的最佳组合:低温储藏八周、采用种子刻分播种、使用1/3 MS+NAA 0.05 mg/L+ZT 0.5 mg/L配方的培养基。

Abstract:The effects of low temperature treatment,physical treatment and media component on germination rate of blueberry seed was further studied. It was found that the seed had better been reserved for 8 weeks at low temperature. The carved inoculation should be adopted and the media constituted with 1 /3 MS + NAA0. 05 medium mg / L + ZT0. 5mg / L is the best.
