分梳板隔距对化纤纱棉结去除的影响

摘    要:研究了梳棉机刺辊下加装梳针分梳板对化纤纱棉结去除的影响问题。用常规方法对刺辊下加装梳针分梳板、锯齿分梳板及小漏底在不同隔距条件下所加工的生条棉结和纱线棉结进行了检测,结果发现(1)从减少生条棉结角度而言,使用梳针分梳板可以考虑隔距偏小掌握,而使用锯齿分梳板可以将隔距适当放大些,在同样隔距(限于试验中0.3、0.5和0.7 mm三种方案)下,梳针分梳板比锯齿分梳板更有利于化纤生条棉结含量的降低,但仍以小漏底方案棉结最少;(2)对于成纱棉结,总体上同种隔距下以锯齿分梳板优于梳针分梳板方案;(3)本次试验数据显示,生条棉结与三类千米棉结之间均不存在相关性。

Abstract:In order to research the effect of carding plate installed under licker-in on nep in polyester yarn,the nep content of card sliver and yarn which were produced after installing pin carding-plate,saw-tooth cardingplate and grid under different gauge was tested with a conventional method. The results show that: first,in order to reduce nep,the gauge between pin carding-plate and licker-in should be smaller if a pin carding-plate is used;while the gauge between saw-tooth carding-plate and licker-in should be greater if a saw-tooth carding-plate is used. If the gauge is the same as 0. 3,0. 5 or 0. 7 mm,the nep content of card sliver produced by installing pin carding-plate is lower than that of installing saw-tooth carding-plate,but the nep content of card sliver produced by installing grid is the lowest. Second,a saw-tooth carding-plate performs better than pin carding-plate in removing yarn nep under the same gauge. Third,no significant correlation between card sliver nep and yarn nep( +140%,200% and 280%) was found in this experiment.
