偏苯三酸酐在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯降解中的应用

摘    要:选择偏苯三酸酐(TMA)对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)进行降解试验,探讨了可否通过控制TMA的用量以达到将PET大分子降解到指定聚合度的低分子聚合物的目的。并对降解产物进行粘度测定、红外光谱表征及核磁共振氢谱的分析,确定了TMA可以将PET大分子降解为低聚物,但无法准确得到所需的特定聚合度。并分析了结果出现偏差的可能原因。

Abstract:Trimellitic anhydride( TMA) was used to degrade polyethylene terephthalate( PET). How to degrade the macromolecules to oligomer with fixed polymerization degree by controlling the amount of TMA was studied. The results of infrared spectroscopy,and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and the viscosity of degradation products showed that PET can be partially degraded by TMA,but the PET with fixed polymerization degree could not be obtained. The possible reasons for the deviation of the results have been analyzed.
