薄壁件翘曲变形CAE分析

摘    要:在薄壳制品翘曲变形理论的基础上,利用MPI软件对注塑过程中易产生翘曲变形的典型薄壁塑件进行翘曲CAE分析,找出引起翘曲变形的关键因素,针对性地对冷却系统进行了优化.分析结果表明优化后能有效提高制品质量,减小翘曲变形量.

Abstract:On the basis of the warpage theory of thin-waUed plastic parts, the typical thin-walled plastic part, which was apt to warp during the process of injection, was analyzed by means of MPI software, the pivotal factor that caused the warpage was discovered, and to counter this factor, the cooling system was optimized. The results indicated the optimization could increase the quality of the part and reduce the warpage of the part effectively.
