甲醛法快速测定氮化锰中氮含量

摘    要:采用甲醛法测定氮化锰中氮含量,探讨了pH值和干扰离子对氮含量测定的影响。实验结果表明:在pH值为7.0~8.0时,能消除Mn2+对氮含量测定的影响,通过磁力搅拌或者过滤可消除铁离子对氮含量测定的影响,而氮化锰中铁含量较低,对氮含量测定结果基本无影响。测定结果和凯氏定氮法基本一致,该方法具有简便、快捷、准确的特点,能很好地用于生产和质量控制。

Abstract:Using formaldehyde method to determinate nitrogen content in manganese nitride, we have explored pH values and the interference effect of ions on the determination of nitrogen content. Experimental results show that when the pH value is 7.0 - 8.0, it can counteract the effects of Mn2 + on the determination of nitrogen content, filtering through the magnetic stirring or counteracting the effects of iron ions on the determination of nitrogen content with low iron content in manganese nitride. Basically, there is no impact on the determination of nitrogen content in results. Determination of Kjeldahl method and results are basically the same, and the method is simple and fast in accurate features, as can be well used in production and quality control.
