基于MC33063的降压式开关电源的设计

摘    要:通过对Buck型变换器工作于连续导电模式(CCM)和不连续导电模式(DCM)时的情况进行分析,得出输出纹波电压和电感峰值电流的表示式.推导出了Buck变换器在输入电压、负载电阻的整个动态范围内均工作在CCM时的输出纹波电压最大值和电感峰值电流最大值,得出当输入电压为最大值并且负载电阻为最小值时,变换器的输出纹波电压和电感峰值电流均取得最大值;运用MC35065芯片设计降压开关电源,使电源电路输出电压为0~18V可调,最大电流达到1A,纹波小于3%.稳压系数小于5×10^-3。对样机进行了实验测试,测试结果验证了理论分析的正确性和设计方法的可行性。

Abstract:According to the analysis of buck converters under continuous conduction mode (CCM) and discrete conduction mode (DCM), we deduces the formulations for its output ripple voltage and peak current through inductor.Also, the maximal values of output ripple voltage and peak current through inductor within the range of input voltage and load are obtained.The results show that they both reach its largest value when the input voltage reaches its maximal value while the load resistance reaches its minimum value.On ...
