电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定低合金钢中硅含量的不确定度评定

摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法对低合金钢中硅进行测定,应用统计学理论对其分析结果不确定度的产生原因进行分析,建立测量过程分量的数学模型,分析测量过程不确定度来源及各不确定度分量对总不确定度的影响,确定测定结果的置信区间。给出低合金钢中硅的含量及其置信区间为0.472%±0.014%。

Abstract:Silicon in low alloy steel was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The causes of the uncertainty in measurement were discussed by statistics. Mathematical model for evaluation of each uncertainty in measurement was constructed. The sources of each uncertainty and their effects on the total uncertainty were analyzed. Confidence interval of the results has been given. Silicon content in low alloy steel determined by ICP-AES and its confidence interval was given as 0. 472%±0. 014%.
