摘    要:LCU程序设计的基本要求是保证所监控设备的安全、稳定运行,其基础是信号可靠、可信及合理。由于监控系统所监控的对象多,存在测点多、类型多、传输环节多及复杂多变的特点,往往单一信号的本身不能保证可靠、可信及合理的基本要求。文章总结了三峡电厂监控系统提供的信号采集及预处理技术,在此基础上讨论了信号闭锁技术,对三峡电厂监控LCU程序设计中所采用的闭锁逻辑等技术进行了总结及提炼,其成果及方法对LCU程序设计及分析程序的可靠性方面具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The basic requirement to the LCU program design is to ensure the monitored equipment with safety and sta- bility.The basis is the signal must be reliable,credible and reasonable.As a result of multi monitoring object,multi measured point,multi type,multi transmission link,changeable and complicated,the mono-signal is not able to satisfy the requirement.The paper sums up the signal collection and preprocessing technology,discusses the signal lockout technology,emphatically introduces the lockout logic technology in program design of the monitor LCU for Three Gorges Hydropower Plant.
