摘 要: | 微机喷窑报警系统能有效防止水泥机械化立窑生产过程中的喷窑事故发生.通过对供电、屏蔽与接地及信息通道等硬件抗干扰设计和系统控制软件中采用数字滤波及容错算法,从而使该系统具有很强的抗干扰能力.同时,选用经过功能检验的集成电路和100h的成机拷机,大大增强了系统的可靠性.

Abstract: | Microcomputer control kiln spray accident alarm system can prevent mechanized cement kiln production system effectively. By the means of the antiinterference design of electricity supply, shield and ground connection, information passageway,and using the fault tolerant computing and digital filtering methods in system software, the system has high intensity antiinterference ability. Besides, by using functional examined integrated circuit and 100 h product aging, the system reliability can be improved greatly. |
