摘    要:以电溶莫来石为原料制备氧化锆增韧莫来石陶瓷,因原料中含有微量的K,Na等碱金属离子而使得陶瓷力学性能在高温下不能呈现增长的趋势.添加2.6%重量的氧化硼可大大减弱这些杂质离子的负面影响,提高陶瓷的力学性能

STUDY ON TOUGHENED ZIRCONIA MULLITE MADE FROM ELETRICALLY FUSED MULLITE
Abstract:Toughened zirconia mullite ceramics are prepared either with eletrically fused mullite or with high purity mullite as raw material.The former is characterized by a decrease of ceramic properties at hightemperature becuase of some alkili metal(K ,Na ,etc),impurites in the raw material.The properties of the ceramics can be improved only by inhibiting the action of the impurities.Add 2.6% boron oxide to the ceramics and the action of the impurities is weakened.Therefor the mechanical properties for the ceramics are enhanced.
