轴类零件计算机辅助数控编程系统的设计

摘    要:零件数控加工程序的编制是零件数控加工工序的重要组成部分.计算机自动编程技术是提高零件数控编程效率的关键.针对轴类零件设计的计算机辅助数控编程系统具有零件信息输入、图形显示、工艺参数输入、加工模拟、数控程序生成、形成工艺信息数据库、打印输出等功能.利用该系统可显著提高轴类零件的数控编程效率.

DESIGN OF AIDED GENERATING NUMERICAL CONTROL PROGRAME SYSTEM FOR THE TYPE OF SHAFT PARTS
Abstract:To establish a numerically controlled process program is an important section of the parts numerically controlled working procedure, and automatically programming technology is the key to improve the efficiency of establishment. The computer aided numerically controlled programming system used in axis parts design has many functions, such as inputting parts information, displaying graph, inputting technology parameter, simulating procedure, establishing numerical control program, forming technology information database, printing output, ect. Using the system can dramatically improve the establishment efficiency of numerically controlled process program of axis parts.
