改性PET纤维结构和染色性能的研究

摘    要:自制了两种改性 PET纤维 (MF纤维和 CDP纤维 ) ,并对其染色性能与结构的关系与 PET纤维作了比较。结果表明 ,分散性染料常压沸染时 ,MF纤维和 CDP纤维的半染时间为 9,2 2 min,饱和上染率分别约为 45 % ,40 % ,碱减量处理后 ,碱减量率最大的 CDP纤维的上染率提高了近 1倍 ,高于 MF纤维的上染率 ;而 PET纤维的上染率均远低于 MF和 CDP纤维

STUDY ON THE RELATIONS BETWEEN DYEING PRO PERTIES AND STRUCTURE OF MODIFIED POLYESTER FIBERS
Abstract:The relations between dyeing properties and structure of two modified polyester fibers, MF and CDP fibers, were studied in comparison with original PET fiber. The result showed that while MF and CDP fibers were dyed by disperse dyestuff in boiling water at normal pressure, the half dyeing time was 9 min and 22 min and the saturation dye uptake about 45% and 40% respectively. After alkali treatment, the dye uptake of CDP filament whose weight loss was the highest rised almost one time, higher than that of MF filament. But the dye uptake of PET fiber was far lower than that of MF and CDP fibers.
