本生直流炉机炉协调控制系统的设计新方法及其工程应用

摘    要:直流炉的控制技术是热控领域一个重要的研究课题,与汽包炉有较大的差别,该文从直流炉非线性数学模型的结构入手,导出其线性增量型数学模型,进而采用状态空间法加以描述,建立了相应的增量式状态观测器,分别设计了新型的适用于直流炉的机炉协调控制系统、锅炉给水控制系统和过热器蒸汽温度控制系统.通过在实践中对上述控制系统的整定与优化,取得了优良的控制效果:机组在大负荷范围(80MW)和高负荷变化速率(9MW/min)的工况下减负荷时,过热器出口汽温、机前压力和有功功率等参数的调节品质满足电力系统热工自动化的行业标准.现场实时控制的应用效果展示了该项技术的先进性和实用性,同时也为超临界机组控制策略的选择提供了参考和借鉴.

Abstract:The control technology of once-through boiler is an important research task in thermal control field. That is different to boiler with drum. With the construction of non-linear mathematical model of once-through boiler, the linear increment mathematical model has been educed and then correspondence increment state observer has also been established. And it has been designed that representatively new boiler-turbine coordinated control system, boiler feed water control system and super-heater steam temperature control systems that are suitable for once-through boiler. The excellent control results have been acquired that the errors such as super-heater steam temperature, turbine throttle pressure and active power are all met the demands of power system thermal automatic control industry norm, when the load change scale of an unit is 80MW and load rate is 9MW/min, by means of tuning and optimizing above control systems. The real application result shows the advantage and practicable of this technique, it also provides a workable design method of control system for super pressure unit.
