摘    要:采用自主设计的新型弹性密封垫耐水压测试装置,研究弹性密封垫在不同张开量和错缝量组合情形下的防水能力;同时结合密封垫力学性能试验和数值模拟,解释错缝量和张开量对于防水能力的阶段性影响.结合深隧工程所设计的双道防水体系,对两道密封垫防水性能进行研究.研究结果表明:当道密封垫同步张开时,在设计工况范围内,耐水压能力可提高9%~12%;当两道密封垫张开量不同时,所设计的双道防水体系由于总有1条密封垫受压,较单道防水体系有更佳的防水效果.

Abstract:A novel waterproof capacity testing device for elastic sealing gasket was developed. Firstly, the waterproof resistances of the designed elastic gasket under different combinations of joint deflection and allocation amounts were analyzed. The influence mechanism of joint deflection and allocation on waterproof resistance was explored using finite element simulation and laboratory test. Furthermore, the waterproof performance of double gasket seals was investigated. Results show that the waterproof resistance can be increased by 9%~12% when the double sealing gaskets deform equally and synchronously; when the inner and outer sealing gasket deforms unequally, the use of double sealing gaskets gives better and safer performance than the single sealing gasket.
