Abstract: | Electrodes with different thick-film compositions were prepared by screen printing procedure. All the conducting inks contain graphite powder mixed with different ratios of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) and cellulose acetate (CA) until homogenization. Their behaviours were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and exhibit some modifications in electrochemical interfacial properties depending to the PVC/CA ratio. All EIS curves fit well with two different circuits corresponding to the presence or absence of PVC in the blend, and the variations of individual values of parameters deduced from impedance fits were examined. |
