| Abstract: | A method of drive and protection of IGBT in AC inverter is presented. Requirements of IGBT drive circuit are given as well. The typical drive circuit M57962L produced by Mitsubshi company for IGBT drive is introduced. The protective problems of IGBT on overcurrent, overvoltage and overheat are discussed. The practicabilities and protective effects are satisfactory. |
