摘    要:本文建立了一类较复杂的黄河上游梯级水电站短期优化调度模型 ,其中包括机组开停机历时约束、用水量、水库蓄水位约束 ,提出了等微增率原则与专家规则相结合的一种迭代解法。实例研究表明该算法可行 ,计算快捷 ,适应性强。

Abstract:A complex short term optimal operation model for the cascade hydroelectric stations on the upper Yellow River is studied in this paper. The model includes the constraints on unit commitment, on water use and storage level. A new iterative method based on the equal differential increment rate principle and expert rules is presented. A case study shows that the model is reasonable, the algorithm is feasible and greatly saves computation time.
