抗菌材料在涂料中的应用研究

摘    要:作者选择了4种抗菌基元材料:ZnOw复合抗菌剂、载银抗菌剂、改性锌型抗菌剂、有机抗菌剂,运用扩散法与培养法检测了抗菌涂料对革兰氏阴性菌(E.coli)和革兰氏阳性菌(S.faecalis)的抗菌性能。结果表明:ZnOw复合抗菌涂料对E.coli和S.faecalis的抗菌率分别为99.94%和99.89%,改性锌型抗菌涂料对E.coli和S.faecalis的抗菌率分别为99.98%和99.90%,有机抗菌涂料的抗菌效果好但随时间增长而降低,载银抗菌涂料抗菌效果不明显。

Abstract:Four kinds of antibacterialia as ZnOw compounded antibacterialium, Ag-bearing antibacterialium, modified Zn-bearing antibacterialium and organic antibacterialium were selected to test resisting properties of antibacterial coatings to E.coli and S.faecalis by way of diffusion and cultivation. Testing results showed that antibacterial rates of ZnOw compounded antibacterial coating for E.coli and S.faecalis came to 99.94% and 99.89% respectively while those of modified Zn-bearing antibacterial coating for E.coli and S.faecalis came to 99.98% and 99.90%.respectively. The antibacterial effects of organic antibacterial coating were good yet would decrease with time increase.The antibacterial effects of Ag-bearing antibacterial coating were not obvious.
