奥里油燃烧中细颗粒物的形成及其控制现状

摘    要:研究奥里油燃烧过程中细颗粒物形成特性和控制技术将为污染防治提供理论基础和科学依据。文章介绍了奥里油特性及其在电厂中的应用情况,对奥里油燃烧过程中颗粒物的形成特点和影响因素作了初步分析,同时比较了燃烧重油和奥里油时的颗粒物排放量及颗粒物粒径分布。通过对国外燃烧奥里油的电厂采取的颗粒物控制技术和经验的介绍,提出了目前中国应该开展的研究重点和方向。

Abstract:To study the forming characteristics and control technology of pellet in combustion process of Orimulsion will offer theoretical and scientific basis for pollution control The paper introduccd the characteristics of Orimulsion and its application condition in power plant, and preliminary analyzed the forming characteristics and influencing factor of pellet in combustion process of Orimulsion . At the same time, the discharge capacity and distribution of pellet in combustion process of heavy oil and Orimulsion were compared. Through the introduction of the pellet control technology and experience adopted in the power plants of using Orimuulsion abroad, the key and direction of the research that should be developed in China are presented.
