| Abstract: | By quoting Adolf Loos and Le Corbusier, this paper criticizes new ornamentalism and image worship prevailing in the current architectural profession, and put forward ＂Five Points of Architecture＂ tlqrough the author＇ s personal reflections： construction with the reverence for nature, creation of modern social life through architecture, poetry and humanistic care, honesty, and the relationship between prototype and the masses. It also calls for a return of the essence of architecture, exemplified with the practices of OPEN Architecture. |
