大容量蓄电池控制系统的研发

摘    要:蓄电池的监控器(BMS)主要针对中小容量蓄电池,随着电子开关技术和智能微电网技术的发展,研发做为储能设备的大容量蓄电池控制系统成为了亟待解决的问题。提出了针对大容量蓄电池的控制系统,并且可以提高电池的使用安全性,使用寿命,以及使用效率,同时降低成本。所设计的蓄电池控制系统具有以下功能:(1)蓄电池管理系统的数据采集;(2)蓄电池管理系统具备的功能,进行了蓄电池并网的充放电试验,验证了系统的正确性;(3)电池管理系统工作原理,均衡效果和优缺点。

Abstract:At present, the battery monitors (BMS) are mainly aiming at those batteries with small and medium capaci- ty. With the development of the electronic switch technology and smart micro-grid technology, researching and developing the control system of batteries with large capacity for energy storage devices have become a problem demanding prompt solutions. This paper presents the control system of batteries with large capacity, which can also increase the safety, serv- ice life and service efficiency of batteries, and at the same time reduce the cost. The battery control system designed in this paper has the following functions : ( 1 ) Data acquisition for the battery management system ; (2) functions of battery management system, having conducted the charging and discharging tests for battery grids, and verified the correctness of the system ; (3) working principles, portfolio effects and merits and demerits of the battery management system.
