基于MFC和Ansys的交流接触器电磁系统的分析研究

摘    要:以双E型交流接触器的电磁系统为研究对象,利用Ansys仿真软件的APDL语言对该接触器进行仿真分析。为了能方便快捷地得到仿真结果,提出一种新方案——用MFC编写一个可直接调用Ansys软件的界面,只需输入相应的参数变量即可得到电磁系统的动静特性。用实测的电流信号和仿真的电流曲线进行对比,结果验证了编写的程序是正确的。这种方法不仅简化了分析过程,而且也减少了工作量,提高了工作效率。

Abstract:With the electromagnetic system of double E type AC contactor as the research object, Ansys simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the contactor. In order to easier and faster to get simulation results,a new scheme was proposed. An interface which can be called directly Ansys software with MFC was obtained. So we only need to input the corresponding parameter variables that can get the simulation results. The measured current signal and current curve of simulation were compared. The results show that the program is corrent. This scheme not only simplifies the analysis process, but also reduces the workload of the simulation and improves the work efficiency.
