镧对非晶态FeCr_(8.6)Ni_(12)P_(14)B_6合金耐蚀性的影响

摘    要:添加微量La能显著改善FeCr_(8.6)Ni_(12)P_(14)B_6非晶态合金的耐蚀性能。在该合金中加入0.075%La后,所得非晶态合金在4N盐酸中有较好的耐蚀性能(腐蚀率小于10~(-2)毫米/年)。AES和XPS的分析结果说明,添加微量La能促进合金在HCl溶液中形成薄而致密的表面膜,这是改善其耐蚀性的主要原因。

Abstract:It was found that the addition of a small amount of La significantly improved the corrosion resistance of amorphous FeCr_(8.6)Ni_(12)P_(14)B_6 alloy. The addition of 0.075% La to this alloy imparts to it moderate corrosion resistance in a 4N HCl solution(with corrosion rate less than 10~(-2)mm/year). The surface of the La-containing alloy and its counterpart sample without La addition was analysed by AES and XPS method. It can be seen that the La-containing alloy has a thinner and denser passive surface film with better corrosion resistance.
