泡沫切割丝支承结构和引电结构设计

摘    要:分析了当前泡沫制品切割设备的不足.根据机械结构设计原理,以提高切割自由度为设计目标,用铜管和电木作主要支承件,研制出弓架式切割丝支承体.改变了切割泡沫的单一方式,增加了泡沫体表面的内外槽切割功能和不规则曲面切割功能.减小了切割丝热变形现象,扩展了泡沫产品的成形种类.

Abstract:The deficiency of current foam cutting equipment was analyzed. According to the design theory of mechanical structure,in order to enhance cutting freedom,with major frame of the copper pipe and the bakelite,the kind of electric cutting thread with bow frame was developed. It can cut fluting on both inside and outside foam surface,and can cut irregular curved surface; it reduces distortion caused by cutting thread's thermal deformation and extends shaping category of foam product.
