| 摘 要： | 在国家出台一系列关于合同能源管理和电力需求侧管理文件的背景下,电网企业作为电力需求侧管理的实施主体,应积极实践,自行开展并引导用户实施电力需求侧管理,同时为其他各方开展相关工作提供便利条件,实现电力电量节约指标,为节能减排作出更大贡献。

| Abstract: | The state has adopted a series of files of energy management contracts and demand side management.Under this context,power grid enterprises as the main part of DSM implementation should actively carry out and guide users to implement DSM,as mean while provide convenient conditions for other parties to carry out related work to achieve power consumption savings and make greater contributions to energy saving and emission reduction. |
