政策助力节能服务产业发展

国务院于2010年4月发布的《关于加快推行合同能源管理促进节能服务产业发展的意见》以及之后国家发展和改革委员会、财政部、国家税务总局陆续出台的系列配套政策,确立了节能服务产业在社会经济发展和节能减排中的地位和作用,并为其作为专业化节能队伍的发展提供了财政、税收、会计制度以及融资环境的政策支持。我国的节能服务产业必将迎来一个新的发展高潮。
