摘    要:对某难选锌铁硫矿石的性质进行了研究, 通过反复条件实验, 采用“先浮后磁, 先硫后锌”工艺流程, 选择了合理的药剂, 取得较好的选矿指标。闭路试验可获得Zn品位43.73%、回收率86.73%、含S 32.03%的锌精矿, Fe品位65.89%、回收率44.84%的铁精矿和S品位45.59%、回收率37.79%的硫精矿。各有价矿物得到有效回收。

Abstract:After an investigation on the properties of a refractory ore containing zinc, iron and sulfur and thorough conditional tests, a flowsheet of magnetic separation after flotation, and sulfur selective flotation before zinc flotation was adopted, and good beneficiation index can be actualized when a rational reagent system was introduced. A zinc concentrate with a zinc grade and recovery of 43.73% and 86.73%, respectively, and with a sulfur content of 32.03%, and an iron concentrate with an iron grade and recovery of 65.89% and 44.84%, respectively, and with a sulfur grade and recovery of 45.59% and 37.79%, respectively, can be prepared in the closed-circuit test. Valuable minerals can be effectively concentrated using this technique.
