| 摘 要： | 江苏昆山长江玻璃有限公司通过在CT2窑炉中实施电加热助燃等综合技术改造,在窑炉底部放置2对钼电极棒,电极采用水套保护,提高能源利用效率,减少重油消耗量,降低了产品的综合单耗,提高了产品质量,社会效益和经济效益明显。

| Abstract: | Kunshan Changjiang Float Glass Co.,Ltd.takes integrated technology reformation measures such as using electric heating combustion modification in the furnace CT2,putting two molybdenum electrodes under the furnace bottom,protecting the electrode sets by water conservation.The measures improve energy efficiency,reduce heavy oil consumption,lower the product integrated unit consumption,improve product quality,social and economic benefit. |
