摘    要:分析了QT400-15铸件球化率达不到90%的原因,并对各种提高球化率的措施进行了试验,最后通过采用降低原铁液的w(Si)、w(S)量,对铁液进行预处理,更换球化剂、孕育剂等措施,使球化率达到了90%以上。

Abstract:The reasons causing the nodularity being lower that 90% were analyzed,and various measures to improve nodularity had been tried. At last,it was successful to ensure the nodularity higher than 90% by adopting following measures including:decreasing the S content of base iron melt,conducting pre-treatment of base iron melt,changing nodularizing alloy and inoculating alloy,etc.
