| Abstract: | This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the concept and the result of the Lhasa City Comprehensive Plan(2007-2020) .It reveals how the concept of ecological protection,cultural preservation,characteristics maintenance and healthy development responds to the result.It is an innovative attempt to implement the scientific concept of development taking the local characteristics into consideration. |
