非晶态合金催化剂的制备技术研究进展

摘    要:介绍了非晶态合金催化剂制备技术的发展,阐述了真空急冷快淬法、化学镀法和化学沉积负载法3种制备非晶态催化剂的基本原理和过程。分析总结了各种方法的特性,着重讨论了化学沉积负载法的机理以及不同制备方法的活性比较。指出研究功能载体、添加助催化剂或改性剂以及降低还原成本是非晶态催化剂制备技术的发展方向。

Abstract:The progress in preparation technology of amorphous alloy catalyst is described. The principles, general process, and characteristics of three preparation methods such as rapid quenching method, chemical plating method and sol - gel method are analyzed. The mechanism of sol - gel method and activity comparison among different kinds of preparation methods are emphatically discussed. It is pointed out that using functional carriers, adding promoters or modifiers, and reducing the price of reduction process are the most important factors in the study on the preparation of amorphous alloy catalysts.
