机制设计理论对城市规划的启示——兼议《城乡规划法》

结合2008年<城乡规划法>的施行,通过对2007年诺贝尔经济学奖机制设计理论的分析,可发现其在特定目标的实现、有效利用信息、个人理性与社会理性的符合方面对城市规划目标主体与受益主体的统一、城乡规划制定中信息利用的合理性、城乡规划实施中的参与约束与激励相容等方面具有启发意义;同时机制设计理论在行为主体"经济人"假设、零信息交流成本、激励相容的物化等方面在城市规划领域中的应用具有局限性.
