智能化在森林防火预警中的应用分析

摘    要:工程应用是智能化建设的重要内容,能提供各种场景的专题服务。本文立足需求分析,针对传统火灾报警系统在大场景、实时性和及时处置警情方面的问题,提出了解决方案,设计了森林防火监测系统,综合运用可见光、近红外和多光谱遥感技术,解决森林火灾的早期识别难题;利用广播对讲的分群、分级、通播、会议功能实现扬声调度;开发智能管理平台,在实现报警响应、联动处置等功能的基础上,采用定制化的软件服务,将异构的相关信息引入系统,在灾情发生时,提供辅助决策;通过不断地演练、积累数据、提升能力,实现森林防火的智能化应用,可供类似工程的智能化建设参考。

Intelligent Application Analysis in Forest Fire Early Warning

Abstract:Engineering application is an important part of intelligentized construction, which can provide special services for various scenes. Based on requirement analysis, this paper proposes solutions to the problems of traditional fire alarm systems in large-scene, real-time and timely handling of alarm situations. A forest fire prevention monitoring system wes deigned to solve the early identification problem of forest fires, via comprehensively using visible light, near infrared and multi spectral remote sensing technologies. The functions of grouping, grading, broadcast and conference of broadcast intercom to achieve loud-peaking scheduling were considered. The research developed an intelligent management platform, which adopts customized software services to introduce heterogeneous related information into the system on the basis of realizing alarm response, linkage disposal and other functions. In case of disaster occurring, it can provide auxiliary decision-making. Through continuous drilling, data accumulation, and capacity improvement, it can realize intelligent application of forest fire prevention, which can be used as a reference for intelligent construction of similar projects.
