摘    要:俗话说:兵马未动,粮草先行。作战物资供应保障能力已经成为影响战争胜负的重要因素。传统的海战场作战物资保障大多采用有人船只在海面运送物资,运输速度慢,容易被敌军发现,可能产生人员伤亡。为提升运送效率、人员和物资的安全性,考虑采用舰载无人机的方式解决海战场作战物资保障中心的选址及配置问题。首先,构建了双目标非线性规划模型,并设计了一种结合自适应聚类算法和整数规划模型的两阶段决策方法对问题进行求解,分别得到物资运送时间最短的海战场物资保障中心选址方案、满足物资需求前提下成本最小的母舰和无人机的配置方案。最后,通过算例分析证实了本文提出方法的有效性和实用性,为海战场作战物资保障中心选址及配置提供了理论依据和决策支持,有助于增强海战场作战后勤保障能力。

Abstract:The ability to guarantee the sufficient supply of materials for naval war has become an important factor affecting the outcome of war. In traditional naval war, manned ships were used to transport materials on the sea surface, which is either very slow or easy to be detected by enemies. Moreover, it may suffer casualties. Therefore, in order to improve transportation efficiency and safety, the shipborne unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) mode was proposed in this research to solve the problem of location and configuration optimization for material support centers in naval war. First, a bi objective nonlinear programming model was constructed. A two stage decision making approach considering adaptive K means clustering algorithm and integer programming model was designed to solve the problem, which can acquire the location scheme of material support centers with the minimal materials distribution time and the optimal configuration scheme with minimal total cost for UAV and ship. Finally, the experimental results show that the proposed method is effective and practical, which provides a theoretical basis and decision support for the location and configuration of material support centers in naval war. Meanwhile, the proposed method can also enhance combat capability of navy in the future.
