铜尾矿资源化利用与处置新工艺

摘    要:综合介绍了铜尾矿的主要性质及利用现状,对比现有铜尾矿处置技术及存在问题,提出一种能实现铜尾矿高效资源化的新工艺,并分析其作为硅质原料的应用性能。结果表明,通过新工艺处理的铜尾矿微粉,活性组分和颗粒特性均得到优化,能够高掺量地应用于新型建筑材料中,从而实现铜尾矿的高附加值利用。

Abstract:Comprehensively introduce the properties and the recycling situation of copper tailings, comparing with the copper tailings existing disposal process and its problems, then put forward a kind of new technology that realize the high-efficient utilization of copper tailings, and the comprehensive performance are analyzed for it’s using as the siliceous raw material. Results show that through the processing of new technology, the active component and particle characteristics of copper tailings are optimized, which make the copper tailings can be widely applied in new building materials, and then realize the high added value of copper tailings recycling.
