宝钢K128SC椭圆等厚振动筛的改进设计

摘    要:针对宝钢K I28SC椭圆等厚振动筛筛料不充分、物料厚度不均匀等问题,分析了振动筛的工作原理,对该振动筛的各筛网面采用变倾角布置,筛网安装采用中间突起,两侧逐渐波浪下降的方式,并通过建立振动筛的力学模型,确定激振器的安装位置,使激振器组系统工作时合成激振力恰好作用在筛子工作的合成质心,使物料得以迅速的散开进行筛分。

Abstract:For the inadequate sieve material and uneven thick of material, etc. of Baosteel K128SC elliptical equal-thick vibrating screen, the operating principle of vibrating screen is analyzed, variational inclination angle layout is adopted by screen meshes of vibrating screen and installation method of screen middle prominence and two-side gradual descending in a wavy pattern are adopted. Meanwhile, the installation position on vibration exciters shall be determined through the construction of mechanical model for vibrating screen to make the exciting force composed during the operation of vibration exciters system just act on composed centroid when screen is operated and then to have the material spread quickly to screen.
