摘    要:以石灰石,工业废渣磷石膏,煤矸石为原料,根据设计的熟料矿物组成,设计4个废渣掺量--12个不同的生料配比,研究不同配料的适宜煅烧温度和烧制出的高贝处特硫铝酸盐水泥熟料的矿物组成和水泥的物理性能,并寻找出废渣的适宜掺量范围。

Exploratory research on producing high-belite sulphoaluminate cement using industrial waste slag

Abstract:Using limestone, industrial waste phosphogypsum and coal spoil as raw materials, according to mineral composition of designed clinker, we have designed 12 kinds of raw meal proportioning with 4 waste slag dosing, and researched suitable burning temperature for different raw material proportioning. Mineral properties of clinker for high-belite sulphoaluminate cement and reasonable range of waste slag addition are also found out.
