抽汽背压式汽轮发电机组大轴弯曲原因分析及预防

摘    要:汽轮机发生大轴弯曲事故不但会造成发电机组非计划紧急停机,影响大轴的使用寿命,严重时还会导致大轴永久损坏。而抽汽背压机组大轴弯曲是经常发生的,并伴随振动故障。结合某厂3号机组实例,分析了抽汽背压机组大轴弯曲的原因是轴封间隙过小和汽缸偏斜,导致动、静部分的碰摩以及转子中心孔进油引起的径向温差不均匀,提出严格执行检修规程和标准能有效防止大轴弯曲。
