基于三条红线的上海市水资源平台设计与特色

近年来,水利部要求提高对水质监测项目的智能化平台的打造,因此在水资源建设项目建设的基础上,提出基于三条红线的水资源平台设计。主要采用数据云技术,大数据平台架构设计,打造智能化、多级应用、多模块的平台提供平台化的服务特色,完成上海市水资源管理系统建设,实现与中央、相关流域水资源管理过程核心信息的互联互通,同时也为其他水资源平台建设提供有力的指导。
